The beauty of our accessible homes is that they look like many other new homes. As a visitor into one of our homes, you will
not immediately know that it is especially designed to be easy to navigate. As you move through the house, the spacious and open floor plans welcome freedom of movement and provide a home that’s sustainable over a family’s lifetime.
Our bathrooms, kitchens, doorways, and hallways are spacious and can be upgraded to include roll-in showers, accessible sinks, countertops and more. Assistive technology options can include voice activated medical alert, strobe light alarms, audible alarms, voice activated lighting, and automated doors.

A home must feel safe. Accessible Dream Home come pre-wired for a security system by GE and installed and maintained by Vector Security. The system includes alarms into a centralized 24-hour monitored control center, which is tied to your local fire, ambulance and police station. A medical alert medallion with optional two-way communication throughout the house allows you to have a sense of security, knowing that help can be on its way should you need assistance.
For a home to be a forever home, it must be built to last for decades to come. Accessible Dreams builds home to exceed the high quality standards set by the PA State’s Builders Association. They are built by certified, licensed and insured approved builders.
