Liberty Place (LP) ConceptThe Liberty Place concept is a duplex that can be placed in any community. The easily replicable design for in-fill ownership serves as a template for other entities to duplicate the concept in other sites, creating accessible housing opportunities in multiple neighborhoods, which supports greater housing choice. The concept can be funded from a variety of sources.
Accessible Dreams constructed Liberty Place 1 in the City of Butler. The Butler Public Housing Authority (PHA) especially wanted this to be sales housing, in order to further contribute to community stability by replacing a blighted area with homes that would have long-term residents and contribute to the local tax base.
Details on design, construction, and financing of the Liberty Place Project are coming soon.
